2008

Founded in the greater Hanover area

The success story begins: With a small, highly motivated team, DFM starts the first prefabricated house assemblies in Lower Saxony.

2015

Growth across the board

More projects, more responsibility: By expanding its vehicle fleet and hiring more specialists, the company is growing steadily — and is gaining reach across Germany.
